At Aman Metals, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality stainless steel products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes the invoice or proof of purchase.
Note: Custom-cut, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Email us at support@amanmetals.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

If the item is found to be used, damaged (due to customer mishandling), or missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
4. Replacements & Exchanges
We offer replacements for items that are:

Damaged in transit

Defective or not functioning as intended

Incorrect (wrong product delivered)
To request a replacement, please follow the same steps mentioned in the “How to Initiate a Return” section.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
